At Tenuta la Santissima, you can experience the best of Tuscan tradition and beyond. Our mother, Therese, was born in North Africa to French parents. Until the age of 21, before moving to Southern France, she absorbed the rich traditions of North African cuisine—spices, grilled vegetables, flavorful sauces, couscous, and much more. In France, she mastered the foundations of haute cuisine (sauces, breakfast pastries, soups…). Over 35 years in Tuscany, her diverse culinary skills have blended to create a healthy cuisine based on fresh, simple ingredients, yet featuring complex preparations unique to our family.For us, exceptional food is not just a passion but a mission: to share the unique flavors, traditions, and cherished recipes of our family.At Tenuta la Santissima, you’ll experience this passion through our generous breakfasts and, upon request, our intimate dinners.
